We are currently out-of-network, but we are actively in the process of credentialing with several major insurance companies — including Medicare. We will update you as soon as those panels are open and accepting patients. We appreciate your trust as we expand our network.

In the meantime, we offer very reasonable cash-pay fees — and we are happy to provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Fee Schedule

Initial Psychiatric Consultation (75-90 minutes): $300

Follow-up Appointment (30 minutes): $125

Extended Follow-up Appointment (45-60 min) : $185

Additional Fees

Emotional support animal letter & accommodation documentation $75

FMLA/Short-Term Disability paperwork $150

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

While we do not bill insurance directly, many PPO plans offer "out-of-network" benefits. At your request, we can provide a monthly Superbill (a detailed receipt) which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits."
