With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Renee brings a rare depth of clinical expertise and genuine dedication to the women she serves. As both a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, her dual training allows her to care for the whole person — addressing the physical, emotional, and hormonal dimensions that quietly shape how we feel, think, and move through life.
Florida-trained, Renee earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida, and later returned to school to complete her Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at Florida Atlantic University — a decision driven by her belief that truly integrative care requires understanding both the mind and the body.
Her clinical passion lies in walking alongside women through life’s most pivotal and often under-supported transitions — from the complexities of PMDD and the tenderness of pregnancy and postpartum, to the transformative and frequently overlooked journey of menopause. She meets each woman where she is, with clinical precision and the kind of compassion that makes space for the full story.
As a lifelong Treasure Coast native, Renee’s connection to this community runs deeper than geography. It is the foundation of her practice, and the reason she remains steadfastly committed to the wellbeing of the women who call this place home.

“True healing happens when we stop asking what is wrong with you and start asking what happened to you — and what does your body need to recover?“

Lifelong Local Roots
Mental health is not a single variable. For women especially, it is woven into biology, life stage, relationships, and the world around them. Here’s why a broader approach changes everything.

Integrative psychiatry treats the mind and body as connected — looking at nutrition, hormones, gut health, sleep, and genetics to address the root causes of mental health, not just the symptoms.

Hormones like estrogen and cortisol shape mood and cognition, yet mainstream care often overlooks this. Women deserve a provider who understands the full picture.

Integrative psychiatry builds on evidence-based medicine — combining careful medication management with nutritional support, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body techniques backed by research.
