If your insurance is not listed, we are considered out-of-network. We are happy to provide a superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

For patients without insurance or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer straightforward self-pay rates. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
